The Role

We're seeking a proactive and analytical Associate Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives that elevate operational performance across our supply chain and production environments. In this hands-on role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams—including operations, manufacturing and IT- to identify opportunities for improvement, shape clear business requirements, and deliver scalable solutions that drive efficiency and innovation. Leveraging your expertise in data analysis, automation, and Lean methodologies, you'll play a key role in transforming how we work, ensuring our processes are smarter, faster, and aligned with strategic goals.

  • Lead and support projects focused on process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions.
  • Apply Lean methodologies to identify and eliminate waste across supply chain and production workflows.
  • Use data and analytics to inform decisions and measure success.
  • Ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with business priorities.

This role will work in a hybrid environment - 2 days from home and 3 days in the Marsden Park office.

  • Proven experience in process improvement or project delivery within supply chain, warehousing, production, or manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in Excel (advanced) and Power BI and a ERP system
  • Demonstrated experience in applying Lean principles
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Able to manage a portfolio of projects
