What the Role Involves:

  • Responding to service breakdowns and resolving technical issues efficiently, often under pressure.
  • Performing routine maintenance on security systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assisting with system installations and on-site project work, requiring flexibility and hands-on expertise.
  • Diagnosing faults and conducting detailed inspections, utilizing advanced troubleshooting skills.
  • Providing practical systems training and support to end-users to ensure smooth operation.
  • Planning and prioritizing workloads effectively to meet deadlines and customer needs.
  • Maintaining accurate job notes for record-keeping and reporting purposes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 3-5 years in the electronic security industry, with proven field experience in servicing, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong expertise in CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Detection, and Intercom Systems, as well as familiarity with integrated Access Control and IP CCTV systems.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Experience working with Tecom and/or Integriti systems, IP-CCTV systems (Milestone, Hikvision, Dahua), with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Networking and IP Technologies: Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with networking, system connectivity, and fault resolution.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think independently, adapt quickly, and make sound decisions in high-pressure environments.
  • Customer-Focused: Excellent communication skills and a customer service-driven approach.
  • Self-Reliance: Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
