We're looking for an experienced hospitality professional who is confident in leading a team, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will oversee daily hotel operations across multiple departments and ensure smooth and efficient service. Key skills and requirements include:

  • Experience in Bistro, Gaming & Wagering
  • Strong communication and people leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced venue
  • Knowledge of basic bar operations
  • Positive attitude and team-focused approach
  • Available to work nights and weekends
  • RSA, RSG & Food Safety Certificate
  • TAB Cash Control & Gaming License (or willingness to obtain)
  • AML/CTF knowledge advantageous
