About the role

  • Support our clients' green power projects portfolio

  • Perth CBD, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

  • Advise project and functional teams on quality standards and best practices

  • Support implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management Framework

  • Lead project quality planning, audits, reporting, and closeout activities

  • Collaborate with engineering to define technical quality requirements (FEL stage)

  • Review supplier/contractor deliverables for compliance and traceability

  • Ensure alignment with QHSE policies and foster a Zero Harm culture

  • Engage with internal/external stakeholders, promoting a positive quality culture

  • Support training, inductions, and audits to maintain quality system effectiveness

  • Monitor and report on quality performance across the project lifecycle

Experience/Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

  • Proven track record in quality support across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up phases (EP, EPC, EPCM, CM) within Oil & Gas, Energy, or Resources sectors

  • Strong understanding of engineering and industry standards (e.g. AS, API, ASME, IEC, ISO)

  • Skilled in conducting risk-based quality assessments for projects, materials, and equipment

  • Hands-on experience with material and equipment inspections, including acceptance testing

  • Experience working with OEMs and Tier 1 contractors

  • Excellent written communication and strong attention to detail

  • Genuine passion for renewable energy and sustainability

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders credibly and effectively

  • Degree in Engineering or trade qualification in installation, construction, or commissioning
