Our Centre is due to open in February 2026 and we are looking for an Extraordinary Director to lead this Service.
We are a small family regional brand who thrive under a committed culture of support and mentorship by our owners and we are currently seeking a skilled center director who desires career advancement and diversity and who operates with dynamic and inclusive leadership to create effective, positive, and supportive foundations within the center and early childhood industry.
We are seeking:
Operational management and relational experience with advocacy for the highest quality care and education for our children whilst supporting families, and the local community, with a high-quality understanding of the early childhood system.

We require the following qualifications to be held by our team members:
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor qualifications
- Minimum 12 months experience
- Current Blue Card
- Current First Aid and CPR – desirable
We would love the successful applicant to have the following skill sets:
- Time management and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A commitment to best practice and early years learning.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and commitment to mentoring team members.
- An understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Law & Regulations, and the Assessment and Rating Process.
- An understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and Kindergarten Learning Guidelines.
- A commitment to ongoing professional learning and personal growth.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
Remuneration:
- $100,000 to $130,000 + super to start plus annual reviews
- $5,000 sign on bonus after successful probationary period
- $2500-$5000 relocation allowance to Charters Towers (if applicable)
- 2 x weeks paid accommodation assistance (if applicable)
- Discretionary bonus structure after 12 months of employment

- Free Members Conference at the Gold Coast over 2 days one night including Garla Dinner. Partners are welcome to join the weekend just not the conference or dinner.
