Expression of Interest

We're seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Verification & Validation Engineers to support the delivery of advanced defence technology solutions. We are currently planning to engage in new projects that will require additional talent to help.

Your New Role and Responsibilities

Under the direction of a designated Team leader, our team performs the following functions as individual assignments or as part of a team:

  • Develop and execute verification and validation (V&V) plans, procedures, and compliance matrices.
  • Conduct functional, environmental, and acceptance testing aligned with industry standards.
  • Ensure traceability of requirements across system components and documentation.
  • Analyse test results, identify defects, and support resolution with engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to align testing strategies.
  • Support production and quality teams with test equipment setup and diagnostics.

What You'll Bring to Make an Impact

  • Degree in Systems, Electrical, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related engineering field.
  • Experience in Defence, Aerospace, or Federal Government projects.
  • Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., ALM, Jira).
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance and standards relevant to defence technologies.

Don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes – if you meet most of them, we encourage you to submit your application.  We're most interested in your strengths, what you want to learn and how far you want to go.

Come break things (in a good way). Then build them smarter.

We're the tech company everyone calls when things get weird. We don't wear capes (they're a safety hazard), but we do solve high-stakes problems with code, caffeine, and a healthy disregard for "how it's always been done."
