Position: Tradesman Plumber

Salary Range: $45–$60 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

In this role, you'll have the autonomy to manage projects, train apprentices, and take pride in your work, while being supported by a team committed to helping you grow through regular training, guidance, and mentorship.

Role Responsibilities

You'll:

• Perform high-quality plumbing work across new homes, commercial builds, and industrial projects.
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs.
• Maximise value for clients by identifying improvements or add-on services.
• Install work to current standards with pride in quality.
• Keep projects running smoothly through clear communication with your team.
• Engage in training to sharpen trade and operational skills.
• Complete all documentation and certifications accurately.
• Manage vehicles, stock, and tools responsibly.
• Mentor apprentices with guidance and support.
• Take ownership of client jobs from start to finish.

Licenses & Qualifications

• QBCC Occupational Licence (minimum)
• White Card
• Valid Driver's Licence (MR/HR preferred, not essential)
• Gas Licence (preferred, not essential)
• EWP or machinery experience (preferred)
