Based in Dubbo, this full-time role offers variety, stability, and the chance to make a real impact in a friendly and forward-thinking environment.

Applicants will need to be reliable, flexible, self-motivated, and prepared to work independently and as part of a small team. Previous experience would be desirable, but not essential.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Operate domestic waste collection vehicles effectively, while maintaining customer service and safety for both the community and our staff members
  • Read and understand run sheets and mapping
  • Compliance with safety, environmental and service quality requirements
  • Operation of basic computer interfaces.
