CTA Joinery, part of the nationally recognised CTA Group, is seeking a motivated CNC Operator to join our modern Truganina production facility. We're a locally owned and operated joinery manufacturer, producing high-quality commercial cabinetry for some of Australia's leading builders across schools, aged care, childcare, and office fit-outs.

About the Role

As a CNC Operator at CTA Joinery, you'll be a key member of our lean production team — helping deliver precision-made joinery components that move seamlessly from design to installation. You'll operate Woodtron CNC's, Holzher edge banders as part of a fully integrated Microvellum-driven workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC, edge banding, and panel saw machinery to manufacture joinery components.
• Interpret shop drawings and configure machinery to achieve precise specifications.
• Maintain high quality standards and adhere to CTA's ISO-certified processes.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and delivery schedules.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.

What You'll Bring

• Experience operating CNC machinery in a joinery or cabinetmaking environment.
• Woodtron experience highly regarded (but not essential).
• Basic understanding of CAD/CAM-based systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• A proactive, reliable, and safety-conscious attitude.
