Experienced needed:

We are looking for a dedicated Gardener to join our team, working full-time a flexible 30-40 hours per week) across multiple gardens in the Eastern Suburbs.

We all have a part in the bigger picture, having a healthy balanced pollinator friendly garden creates life for all.

Your responsibilities: Leading a team of 2-3, following job descriptions and carrying out an efficient high quality gardening service. Main tasks will include planting, weeding, pruning, remedying sick flora, all while ensuring that the gardens you care for all lush thriving being well-maintained, being able to communicate and meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out gardening tasks check list specifications, including following garden plans, learning. Invidual properties flow, sourcing plants and materials, and planting according to guidelines.

Oversee day-to-day operations on assigned sites, ensuring timely and high-quality work.

Maintain open communication with the Team Manager, reporting any issues or concerns promptly.

Prioritise safety, compliance, and quality in all aspects of your work. Lastly and most importantly enjoying working with the gardens.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
