The role

Crown Sydney has an opportunity available for an experienced Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Advisor to join our high-performing team on a 6-month maximum term contract. Reporting into the Senior TA Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of high-volume, operational roles and ensure elevanted recruitment experiences for your candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in volume recruitment acticity and have ability to work at pace to support the business, without compromising on quality. You'll work closely with hiring leaders to attract and source the best talent, whilst providing a seamless experiences that reflect our brand and values.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment delivery for volume roles across a designated portfolio
• Sourcing and engaging with top talent and guiding them through our recruitment process
• Partnering closely with P&C Advisors and Hiring Leaders to understand current and future requirements
• Working with the broader Talent Acquisition team on projects

About you:

• Demonstrated volume & end-to-end recruitment experience from an Internal Talent Acquisition / RPO team
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to build genuine relationships with your stakeholders
• Exemplary time management skills coupled with a customer service focused approach
• Experience within hospitality, retail or FMCG highly regarded
• Ability to commit to working on-site at our Barangaroo corporate office 4 days per week
