About the role

Kings Meadows Frame & Truss are currently seeking a Casual Team Member to join the team. If you enjoy working in a fast paced environment we are excited to meet with you and discuss the opportunity to join the Truss team.

This is a casual position working shifts across Monday to Friday, with the potential to become a permanent full time. The successful candidate will have a strong team ethic, be motivated, and capable of operating our saw infrastructure. You must also be reliable and able to work effectively in an unsupervised environment.

What you will be doing

Picking timber for cuttingManufacturing of wall frames and floor and roof trussesOperating manual and computerised sawsManual handlings tasks include but not limited to the lifting and carrying of timber

What you will bring

Demonstrate a strong customer focusDemonstrate ability to work in a team environment and unsupervisedWork in a fast paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPrioritise workload to effectively meet deadlinesMust be physically fit and able to be on your feet all dayAn eye for detail and a sense of urgencyAbility to be available for work across the 5 days of the weekPrevious experience in the Frame & Truss industry is desired but not essential
