As a Senior Adviser Programs and Engagement, you will lead the design and delivery of engagement and communication activities for key cohorts (e.g. VPS graduates and executives) and programs (e.g. annual grads campaign, policy launches, capability development promotion).

What you'll do

  • Lead engagement and communication activities
  • Prepare clear, high-quality content and documentation
  • Build strong relationships across VPSC and key stakeholders
  • Support an inclusive team culture and mentor junior staff

Who we're looking for

  • Experience in managing cohorts, professional networks or groups, especially via online formats or platforms.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, communications or program delivery
  • Strong writing, project coordination skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Collaborative and proactive team player
  • Understanding of public sector values and integrity
