About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and detail-driven Stockroom & Operations Assistant to join our Palmyra team. This role starts as 4 hours per day (Monday to Friday) with the opportunity to grow into full-time as the business and role expands.

You'll take ownership of the stockroom — maintaining organisation, unpacking deliveries, preparing customer orders, managing returns, and keeping the space running efficiently. You'll also assist with light website updates and admin tasks, so strong computer skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain stockroom organisation, tidiness, and safety
  • Unpack deliveries and check against purchase orders
  • Prepare orders for pickup and shipping
  • Manage customer and supplier returns
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with reordering
  • Perform simple website updates (Shopify) and data entry tasks
  • Basic familiarity with Shopify is preferred but training will be provided for the right candidate
  • Support smooth day-to-day operations for the sales team

What We're Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and ownership of your workspace
  • Confident with computers (Shopify, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • Organised, proactive, and able to follow structured processes
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Physically able to unpack and move stock boxes when required
  • Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
