Join Our Team as a Workplace Manager – VIC
Ready to take the lead and make an impact? As Workplace Manager, you'll run the show onsite for our Victorian premises while leading a fantastic team of 7 workplace professionals. This role is all about combining your organisational superpowers with a customer-first mindset—plus, you'll flex your ability to manage remotely like a pro.

What You'll Be Doing
- Ensure compliance with all Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) obligations specific to the role.
- Collaborate as part of the national Workplace Leadership Team to develop and implement strategic plans for delivering business-focused Workplace services.
- Continuously review and refine Workplace processes and procedures to keep them effective and aligned with our evolving business needs.
- Drive efficiencies and streamline processes to achieve client-focused outcomes tailored to national Workplace requirements.
- Lead and support the VIC Workplace team and provide guidance to the wider national Workplace team when needed.
- Oversee timely acknowledgment and resolution of requests submitted through the Workplace Service Desk.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with building managers across our Victorian premises.
- Assist the Head of Procurement and Workplace with budget setting and cost management.
- Take ultimate responsibility for the delivery of front-of-house services, repairs and maintenance, fitout, motor vehicles, security, SHE compliance, supplier management, continuous improvement projects and budget oversight—working closely with your VIC team members who hold specific accountabilities.
About You
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- A proactive professional who demonstrates initiative and embraces continuous development to meet changing business needs.
- Proven experience managing high performance staff, including training, development, and ongoing supervision.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and shifting demands.
- A creative problem-solver who anticipates challenges, contributes ideas, and confidently implements new approaches.
- Strong team player who actively supports and collaborates with others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with a sense of urgency and appreciation for the critical impact of your role.
- Sound judgment and effective management skills to deliver positive outcomes.
