Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to design, develop, and unit test applications in line with established standards. The role involves resolving technical and application issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering secure, high-quality solutions on time and within budget. You will also contribute to process improvements, mentor team members, and ensure client-focused delivery of business projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and unit test applications using Microsoft .NET, C#, and web technologies.

  • Ensure all solutions meet established security, quality, and compliance standards.

  • Prepare and maintain developer documentation.

  • Deliver business projects within agreed timeframes and budgets.

  • Work closely with System Design, Architecture, Testing, DevOps, Scrum Masters, Product, and other business units.

  • Maintain a strong client focus, ensuring systems support client retention and satisfaction.

  • Contribute to group technology initiatives and process improvements.

  • Demonstrate teamwork, provide mentorship, and share knowledge within the development team.

  • Maintain a personal development and training plan to support ongoing learning.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related discipline (or equivalent experience).

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Software Engineer.

  • Strong experience with Microsoft .NET (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API) and web technologies (HTML, JavaScript).

  • Experience in relational database design and programming, particularly Microsoft SQL Server.

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, XP, or Kanban.

  • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Hands-on experience with automated unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

  • Knowledge of , cloud platforms (GCP), Docker, and NoSQL databases.

  • Experience with multi-threading and distributed computing concepts.
