Sealasash is a business that specialises in draught/acoustic sealing, glazing and repairing wooden windows and doors.
Hiring - a Carpenter/Joiner/Glazier or highly skilled TA with tool ready experience and/or experience related to traditional trade skills, preferably with heritage or wooden windows. Permanent position, with above industry award depending on experience & skills.

Type of Person - Attitude

We are looking for a motivated person wanting to become part of the team. Drivers license (manual) and hand tools essential.

THE ROLE
To work on team(s) and undertake duties to achieve outcomes as required by the business. We work on small domestic sites that readily change.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Adhere to Sealasash policies and procedures.
- Follow the directions of management
- Carry out daily work activities in an efficient, safe and environmentally compliant manner.
- Uphold and encourage Sealasash Values at all times and maintain a high standard of work in accordance with Sealasash policies and procedures.
- Follow all safety procedures including reporting safety issues.
- Be professional and courteous at all times.
- Ensure that the van(s) is stocked, tidy and clean.
- Show initiative and be willing to learn new skills and apply them to work.
- Attend training and development where required.
- Share new ideas and innovation.
- Maintain a positive attitude and be open with communication.
- Maintain Sealasash confidentiality at all times.
Tasks - draught/acoustic sealing, wood rot repairs, machining, glazing, overhauling windows and doors.
At times some travel will be required and allowances apply.
MUST have a manual vehicle license.
