Position Summary: The Allied Health Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting the operational efficiency of allied health services. This role ensures smooth coordination between clinicians, clients, and administrative systems, contributing to high-quality patient care and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Coordination & Support
  • Manage intake, triage, and appointment bookings
  • Maintain accurate client records and demographic data
  • Provide front-desk reception and customer service
  • Administrative Operations
  • Monitor referral systems and waitlists
  • Prepare documentation and correspondence for clinicians and referrers
  • Assist with scheduling remote clinics and group events
  • Organising calenders for clinicians

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in electronic health record systems
  • Experience in healthcare administration or allied health settings
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across teams
  • Honesty

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $32.00 – $38.00 per hour
