About the role:Key responsibilities:
  • Processing and reconciling accounts payable and receivable
  • Bank reconciliations and general ledger entries
  • BAS preparation and support
  • Payroll support and superannuation lodgement
  • Assisting with month-end processes
  • Maintaining accurate financial records with a keen eye for detail
  • Collaborating with internal departments and external partners (clear communication is key)
About you:
  • Proven bookkeeping experience (bonus points if it's in retail or franchising)
  • Cert IV in Bookkeeping or Accounting (or similar qualification)ac
  • Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A love for tidy spreadsheets and balanced books
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and a quiet achiever
  • Sense of humour optional but appreciated
