The Opportunity

We're seeking an Experienced Wrap & PPF Specialist to join our team on a  Sub contract basis. The role suits a highly skilled, self-motivated installer with their own ABN who's looking for flexible, project-based work. You'll be working on a variety of vehicles — from utes and vans to prestige cars — using premium materials like Avery Dennison, 3M, and Hexis in our clean, fully equipped Cardiff facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Install full and partial wraps on vehicles with a high-quality finish
• Apply paint protection film (PPF) and vinyl graphics with precision and care
• Complete all prep work, cleaning, and post-install finishing
• Assist with signage and decal installations (onsite and in-house)
• Maintain excellent standards of safety, quality, and professionalism
• Communicate effectively with our production and admin team to meet deadlines

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years' experience in vehicle wrapping and/or PPF installation
• Proven knowledge of film handling, surface prep, and advanced installation methods
• Confidence working with high-end films (Avery Dennison, 3M, Hexis, Oracal, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to interpret artwork layouts, templates, and install briefs
• Own tools preferred (squeegees, knives, heat guns, etc.)
• White Card and current driver's licence.
• Must have an ABN, own insurance, and be capable of working independently
