What will your typical day look like?
As a Manager, you'll combine technical expertise, problem-solving, and client collaboration to deliver high-quality AI & Data solutions.
You'll get exposure to:
Drive AI & Data Strategy – Collaborate with clients to design and implement AI & data strategies that deliver measurable business impact.
AI & Data Solutions – Leading teams in the development data models, analytics pipelines, AI/ML models, and cloud-based solutions that drive business value.
Client Collaboration – Work closely with business stakeholders to understand challenges and translate them into technical solutions including managing client relationships
Agile Project Delivery – Leading Agile teams to develop, test, and deploy data solutions efficiently.
Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing – Support junior consultants and senior consultants in developing technical and consulting skills.
Staying Ahead of Trends – Keep up with the latest AI, ML, and data engineering advancements and contribute to Deloitte's innovation initiatives.

Our AI & Data team is a diverse group of over 500 specialists across Australia, partnering with clients in both public and private sectors to deliver cutting-edge solutions. We collaborate with leading technology providers such as AWS, Microsoft, Google, Snowflake, and Databricks, ensuring we stay at the forefront of emerging AI and data capabilities.

You are a tech-savvy problem solving leader who thrives in a data-driven environment.
You bring 6+ years of experience in a combination of these areas:
Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Business Intelligence or Technical Business Analysis enabling you to derive actionable insights from data and understand processes and make a business decision.
A commitment to delivering excellence and expertise in Project Management, Risk management, and Strategic planning demonstrating your ability to oversee complex projects efficiently.
Familiar with leading the development of Solution architectures in specific business, infrastructure or functional areas.
Strong collaborative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the capability to translate business challenges into actionable data solutions.
Experience with modern cloud services such as Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure, indicating familiarity with cloud-based data solutions.
Exposure in Data Wrangling skills and in Data visualisation Tools like Tableau or Power BI, and strong Data & AI Fundamentals.
Strong expertise of data warehouse design and implementation, database management, which is crucial for effective data governance and utilisation.
Candidates who develop and maintain specialised knowledge of database and data warehouse concepts, design principles, architectures are preferred.
Candidates who have client-facing work and stakeholder engagement experience
