With two production & processing hubs, along with eight mine/development projects in Western Australia, we are excited to announce the start of the new Dalgaranga underground mining operation.

We're building a fantastic team to tackle the high grade Never Never and Pepper deposits. These are exciting high-grade discoveries, due to their grade, thicknesses, and relative closeness to the existing operations.

The Role
As an Open Pit Mine Surveyor, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate spatial data to support safe and efficient mining operations.

You'll work closely with the technical teams to ensure pit designs and survey control networks are precise and on schedule.

You Will

• Gather and process accurate data to support scheduling activities in the open pit.
• Carry out daily surveys including pick-ups, pre- and post-blast surveys and update mine plans accordingly.
• Conduct end-of-month stockpile and pit volume surveys (drone/terrestrial).
• Provide set outs for pit designs, ramps, and infrastructure.
• Monitor compliance with geotechnical and design parameters.
• Generate survey plans and reports for operational teams
• Support drill and blast QA/QC and compliance processes

About You
You're a detail-driven, proactive surveyor with a safety-first mindset and a desire to grow within a supportive team. You're hands-on, adaptable, and ready to take the next step in your mining career.

You Bring

• A Diploma or Degree in Surveying or Geospatial Science.
• 1-2 years' experience in open pit mining.
• Competency with Leica/Trimble, Surpac, and UAV tools (Agisoft).
• Knowledge of GPS software and survey compliance standards.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word).
• Understanding of Australian mining standards and safety regulations.
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• A positive, team-oriented approach and eagerness to learn.
• A current WA C Class (manual) driver's licence and National Police Clearance eligibility
