What we are looking for?

Our Warehouse requires an individual with a can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with others. You will be fit, active, and a true team player who enjoys being hands-on in your work.

We are seeking a Warehouse Extraordinaire who recognises the importance of leading a dynamic team and shaping the success of your location. You'll be the driving force behind operational excellence and the heartbeat of our Oakleigh site.

We're looking for positive, hardworking, and driven individuals who enjoy working towards and achieving goals, aren't afraid to get their hands dirty, and thrive on building strong interactions and helping others.

Roles duties:

  • Processing the flow of inventory in & out of the warehouse in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner for our Victoria stores
  • Processing the end of season recall stock including sorting, packaging, putting to shelf and updating bin locations
  • Ensuring the building/s, stock and equipment are always secure and kept in a clean manner
  • Ensuring operations are carried out efficiently, meeting agreed quality, service and productivity objectives
  • Overseeing all WHS processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation
  • Keeping the organisation's inventory and distribution systems up-to-date

The successful applicant will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Likes working in a results-orientated team environment
  • Demonstrates initiative, enthusiasm and a willingness to innovate processes
  • Has exceptional attention to detail
  • The ability to accurately pick and pack orders and receive and dispatch goods
  • Familiarity with stock control, dispatch, OH&S/WHS policies and general warehouse processes
  • Hands on, physically fit with a reliable work history
