Laboratory Technologist

About the Company & Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent Science or Engineering graduate to launch their career as a Lab Technologist - with comprehensive training provided You'll gain hands-on experience working with cutting-edge instrumentation in a dynamic, high-performing technical team.

This role operates on a rotating shift schedule, alternating every two weeks between a morning shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) and an afternoon shift (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM).

Duties:

• Conduct routine QC testing on products
• Assist in investigating product quality issues and identifying root causes
• Support production trials and provide technical input
• Review and verify documentation and analytical data
• Accurately enter and maintain records of all tested products
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the lab

Skills & Experience:

• Tertiary qualifications in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline
• Strong data interpretation and analytical skills
• Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
