Located in Wonthaggi, White Rd Kindergarten provides a high-quality program that reflects the values of the local community. This role suits an educator who values collaboration, community partnerships, and creating strong foundations for lifelong learning.

We're now seeking a Part Time Diploma-qualified Educator — or someone who's currently working toward their qualification — to join our passionate team and make a real difference in children's lives. There is also an opportunity at this service for a suitable candidate to take on the Educational Leader role, at four hours per week. Qualifications

In this hands-on, rewarding role, you'll:

  • Support the delivery of engaging, play-based learning programs
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and your teaching team
  • Create safe, inclusive, and nurturing environments that inspire curiosity
  • Collaborate with educators and teachers to deliver high-quality early learning experiences

What You'll Bring

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying toward it)
  • A strong enthusiasm for working with children and a commitment to ongoing learning
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
  • Great teamwork, communication, and organisational skills
