Are you a digital marketer with proven campaign experience, looking to take ownership of paid ads and social strategy for a premium wine brand?

Join United Cellars, one of Australia and New Zealand's leading independent wine retailers, and help shape the way we engage with customers online.

We're seeking a Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and multi-channel content creation to support our in-house marketing and events team. You'll work across exciting campaigns, grow our digital reach, and support event content while enjoying wine perks and a flexible, hybrid setup.

What you'll be doing:

You'll take the lead on digital campaign execution and performance tracking across paid and organic channels, while also helping shape our brand voice online.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan, build, and optimise Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, copywriting, A/B testing, retargeting, and reporting

  • Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)

  • Manage Meta Business Suite campaigns and audiences, including basic paid ad management

  • Monitor community engagement and respond to messages and comments

  • Develop content for newsletters, blogs, landing pages, and eCommerce promotions

  • Track and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and ad dashboards

  • Collaborate with the events team to capture and post event content (occasional after-hours work required)

  • Support SEO efforts through keyword alignment and campaign integration

  • Contribute to ongoing brand and customer research

  • Assist with day-to-day marketing admin and campaign coordination tasks

What we're looking for:

You're a confident, self-motivated marketer with a hands-on, campaign-first mindset. You understand the role of performance marketing and enjoy seeing measurable results from your work.

Essential skills and experience:

  • 2–3 years' experience in a digital marketing or campaign execution role

  • Proven experience with Google Ads campaign creation, budget management, optimisation, and analysis

  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Facebook/Instagram ad targeting and performance tools

  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills

  • Basic design and editing experience (e.g. Canva, Photoshop)

  • Working knowledge of SEO/SEM, performance tracking, and Google Analytics

  • Excellent time management and communication skills

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small, collaborative team

Bonus (but not required):

  • Wine industry knowledge or a personal interest in wine

  • Experience with email marketing tools (e.g. Dot Digital, Klaviyo)

  • Photography or videography skills for content creation
