The Role

Do you get job satisfaction through supporting others? With no two days the same, this role will see you delivering customer service to a high standard and assisting our internal stakeholders to ensure needs are met in our Adelaide Office. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to a professional law firm, get involved in a variety of office tasks and play a key role in supporting our high performing teams.

This role is about your ability to engage with the whole office, learn new tasks and work as part of a hardworking, fun and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with meeting room and function/event set up and pack up
  • Attending to external rounds involving the lodgement of documents at various Court and Government Departments
  • Assisting with new starter onboarding
  • Closing and archiving legal files
  • Maintaining kitchen and stationary stock levels
  • Invoice reconciliation 
  • Relief reception and telephone duties
  • Ad hoc projects and tasks as needed

About You:

  • 3+ years experience in a customer service/office environment
  • A positive and pro-active 'can do' attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, maintaining attention to detail
  • An ability to take initiative, with a process improvement mindset
  • Sound technological skills including MS Office suite and other office systems/equipment
