What's involved

  • Build dashboards and automate reporting using BI tools like PowerBI and TM1.
  • Partner with teams to evaluate commercial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Contribute to investment decisions and business cases with clear financial modelling.
  • Help shape a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and teamwork.
  • Support and drive monthly management accounting and month end processes, ensuring accuracy of data and insightful commentary on performance

About You

You're someone who enjoys solving problems, connecting with people and making sense of the numbers. You'll thrive in our fast-paced, retail-focused environment if you:

  • Are naturally curious and keen to understand how things work.
  • Enjoy working with others and building strong relationships across teams.
  • Can juggle competing priorities and stay cool under pressure.
  • Are confident communicating financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Love learning and are open to new tools, ideas and ways of working.

You'll be joining a team that's supportive, down-to-earth and always up for a challenge. We work hard, help each other out and celebrate wins together.

You will additionally have:

  • A tertiary qualification in finance or business (CPA or CA required).
  • 2–5 years' experience in a finance function, ideally in retail or a similar fast-paced industry.
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint and financial systems (TM1, PowerBI, AI tools a bonus).
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, month end reporting and financial modelling.
  • A knack for data visualisation and storytelling through numbers.
  • Great attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Experience with systems or business applications of AI tools such as CoPilot or ChatGPT will be viewed favorably
