The Person:

The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate:

• Certificate III in Cabinet Making or equivalent trade qualification required.
• Installation experience.
• Attention to detail.
• A commitment to excellence.
• Self- management with project autonomy.
• A solution and problem-solving focus.
• Strong people, leadership and customer service skills.
• A high level of trustworthiness and honesty.
• A current driver licence.
• Australian citizenship is required for this position.

The Duties:

The following represents the scope of the role and the duties the position may include:

• Problem solving to minimise disruptions.
• Workshop assembly.
• On-site installations.
• Team support.
• Team and Apprentice training.
• Workplace communication, honesty and positivity.
• Setting production targets and deadlines.
• A focus on client experience.

Although not essential, preference will be shown to applicants also able to offer experience with:

• High-end cabinetry projects.
• Drawing programs.
• Supervision.
