Dental Assistant/Receptionist

We have a position for a dental assistant/receptionist to join the team We are located at Pacific Pines in a modern state of the art practice.

About the Opportunity:

Tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Reception duties, including scheduling appointments
• Meeting and greeting clients into the office
• Taking HICAPS and EFTPOS payments
• Preparing patients and facifilities for dental treatment
• Chair side assisting
• Maintaining stock
• Sterilization
• Infection control

• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Previous experience in the field will be highly regarded, however not essential
• Previous dental or healthcare experience highly regarded, however full training provided for enthusiastic candidates
• Experience with Oasis or similar practice management software preferred
• Certificate III in Dental Assisting (preferred but not essential for right candidate)

The hours of the job are generally 8am to 6pm, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, totalling 54 hours per fortnight.
