Full training is provided — so if you bring the right attitude, we'll provide the skills

• Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism as the first point of contact
• Managing front desk operations: phones, appointment scheduling, and data entry
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Ensuring patient information is collected and recorded accurately
• Contributing your ideas and energy to a high-performing, collaborative team

• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills in a busy environment
• High standards in personal presentation and grooming
• Calm, friendly, and customer-focused – even under pressure
• Eagerness to learn and grow through ongoing training and development
• Prior dental or medical reception experience is a bonus – but not essential
