Are you currently in your penultimate or final year of a property-related degree and looking to make a meaningful impact in the property sector? Vivacity Property invites you to join our team in a unique part time undergraduate role that offers hands-on experience across both our Development and Planning functions. You'll be contributing to the creation of vibrant, purpose-built communities designed to support active, connected lifestyles for Australians aged 55 and over.

Vivacity Property is a leading land lease developer with a growing portfolio of projects across Australia. We're redefining what it means to age well by delivering thoughtfully planned communities that reflect innovation, sustainability, and a deep understanding of what makes people feel at home.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a real-world setting. You'll assist with site feasibility, due diligence, and master planning, support planning applications and regulatory engagement, and contribute to design reviews and development strategies. You'll also research demographic trends, policy developments, and community needs, while collaborating across teams to ensure our projects reflect Vivacity's values and vision.

We're looking for an undergraduate currently studying a property-related discipline such as Urban Planning, Property Development, Real Estate, or a related discipline.  You'll be in your penultimate or final year, curious and proactive, with a strong collaborative mindset and a passion for innovation.

In return, you'll gain exposure to the full lifecycle of land lease development, receive mentorship from experienced professionals, and become part of a values-driven culture focused on impact, inclusion, and purpose.
