As Centre Director, you will:
- Lead the setup and establishment of a new centre, including team recruitment, policy implementation, and community engagement
- Drive the delivery of high-quality early learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQS)
- Inspire, motivate, and lead a passionate team of educators through strong, values-driven leadership
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, reflective practice, and ongoing professional development
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support the wellbeing, learning, and safety of every child in your care
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A practical and in-depth understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and regulatory standards
- Proven leadership experience in early childhood education and care
- Minimum Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and/or Early Childhood Teaching Degree (pay commensurate on experience)
- A demonstrated commitment to professional growth, reflective practice, and team development
- A strong alignment with early learning values, ethics, and high-quality pedagogy
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and foster positive relationships with staff, families, and the wider community
