Our fresh produce team members work through a diverse range of responsibilities that include assisting customers, ordering and replenishing displays & product preparation. This role is a full time position and is suited to applicants who wish to progress into a Produce Manager position in the future. You will be taught how to complete orders, stocktakes, rostering, KPI adherance, team training and development and the general operation of the department, all while maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment.

You should have:

  • A sound knowledge of Fresh Produce.
  • Retail passion and experience.
  • An enthusiastic customer focused approach.
  • Some weekend work may be required.
  • A food handling certificate and a have a good knowledge of HACCP and OH & S procedures.
