• Have 8+ years' experience in maintenance plumbing and deliver work to Australian Standards with confidence.
• Back your trade skills with the ability to connect with customers and present solutions clearly.
• Take pride in your work — reliable, professional, and accountable from start to finish.
• Work well in a team, but can also manage jobs independently.
• Stay open to ongoing sales and technical training to keep sharpening your edge.
• Hold a Contractor's Licence, White Card, and Manual Driver's Licence.
• Must hold a plumbing contractor licence to perform independent contractor work.
• Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for employment.

• Diagnose and solve problems in plumbing, drainage, and gas systems quickly and accurately.
• Carry out repairs, maintenance, and installs to the highest standards of safety and compliance.
• Spot opportunities for upgrades — recommending solutions that improve performance, safety, and efficiency.
• Talk with customers like a pro — explain options clearly, build trust, and help them make informed decisions.
• Quote and close additional products and services, backed by weekly sales training.
• Keep everything running smoothly by updating job notes, forms, and ServiceM8 with accuracy.
