Termico Solar Generation is on the lookout for a motivated and hands-on Electrical Labourer to join our growing solar installation crew. This is more than just a job — it's a pathway to a long-term career in electrical and renewable energy work.

What We're Looking For

• Experience or understanding of solar system installation
• Working at Heights ticket & White Card
• WA Driver's Licence
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
• Ability to read site plans and understand inverter systems
• Willingness to undergo a Pre-Employment Medical, Police Clearance, and provide Work References

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with solar and electrical installations (residential & large-scale)
• Run cables, mount panels, and operate tools under supervision
• Work safely on rooftops and in roof spaces
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Collaborate with customers and team members for top-quality outcomes
• Grow your skills and expand into broader electrical work over time
