Sales Consultant – Premium Landscaping Projects

We are a growing, design-led landscaping business delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across Perth. Most of our work comes from repeat clients and referrals, and demand continues to grow. As a result, we are adding a Sales Consultant to help convert qualified enquiries into well-scoped, profitable projects.
This is a client-facing role for someone who enjoys working with people, understands how to guide a sale properly, and takes pride in accuracy and follow-through.
The RoleThis is a hybrid sales and estimating position. You will work with homeowners, builders, and developers from the first enquiry through to a signed contract, ensuring projects are clearly scoped and commercially sound before they are handed over to the construction team.
You will be supported by established systems and experienced delivery staff, but you will be trusted to manage your own pipeline and client relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing inbound enquiries through our CRM system
- Meeting clients on site to understand scope, constraints, and expectations
- Preparing accurate quotes and professional proposals
- Following up on enquiries and progressing clients to contract
- Acting as the commercial link between the client and the construction team
- Ensuring clean handovers with clear scope and pricing
This is not a junior role, but we are open to people coming from different backgrounds if you have the right mindset and experience.
You are likely to succeed in this role if you:
- Have experience in sales, estimating, construction, landscaping, or a related industry
- Are comfortable dealing with clients making significant purchasing decisions
- Communicate clearly and professionally, in person and in writing
- Are organised, reliable, and strong on follow-up
- Take pride in accuracy and in doing what you say you will do
Experience in estimating or quoting construction or landscaping projects is highly regarded, but not essential if you are practical, systems-minded, and willing to learn.
You will also need:
- A valid driver's licence and reliable driving history
- Willingness to undergo drug and alcohol screening if required for site access
- Competitive base salary aligned to seniority, plus performance incentives
- Fully maintained company vehicle, phone, and laptop
- A stable pipeline of inbound work, not cold calling
- Supportive leadership and well-established systems
