About the Role

ChoiceOne are currently seeking a highly driven and ambitious recruitment professional to join the Nursing and Care team who is able to lead, drive and promote this well-established business unit.

Working within the Health and Care area at ChoiceOne you will demonstrate your hands on capabilities to promote and continue to grow opportunities within these specialist Sectors. Your ability to liaise and negotiate with clients and employees alike is an exciting proposition along with working collaboratively with your team members.

The role requires reliance on;

  • Your previous experience working as either a Nurse or you are an Industry experienced professional.
  • Your recruitment experience and knowledge of the Health and Care industries.
  • Your high self-motivation and previous successes building and leading a team of likeminded team members.
  • Your excellent client development and management experience.
  • Your impeccable clinical knowledge.
  • Your calmness in the operational battlefield but with your sense of humour resonating.
  • Your highly effective communication skills and the desire to work alongside our other divisional Leaders.
