We are seeking a highly motivated person for a full-time Entry Level-Sales Officer to add to our team in our Wangara Branch operating 7am – 4pm Monday to Friday.

The Role

This is office-based in our Wangara Showroom, responding to trade & retail enquiries for quotes and orders, via phone, email and walk ins.

Your day at Oxworks will see you:

  • Build relationships with regular trade customers
  • Exceeding customer expectations in quality, delivery, and value through teamwork & superior service
  • Work with the sales and warehouse staff to achieve delivery for all customer orders
  • Reinforce the company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all customer interactions

The Applicant

The Ideal Candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Customer service experience in a large trade, retail or hardware environment would be an advantage
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, Teams
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent people & communication skills
