Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook/Grill Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing high-quality burgers and fried chicken. You will be responsible for working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining high standards of food preparation, and ensuring that all meals are prepared to the restaurant's specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook burgers, fried chicken, and other menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards.
• Operate grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure food is cooked to the proper temperature and presented consistently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station during and after shifts.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Assist with prepping ingredients and maintaining kitchen inventory as needed.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Line Cook or Grill Cook, specifically with burgers and fried chicken.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume orders.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $28.00 – $37.77 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
