About the Role:
We are seeking an energetic, service-focused Restaurant Supervisor to join our Horizon Sky Dining leadership team. You'll oversee smooth shift operations, support and motivate the FOH team, and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience all while the restaurant gently revolves around you.
This role is perfect for an experienced hospitality professional ready to step into a leadership position within a premium, high-volume restaurant environment.
Availability: Thursday–Sunday
RSA: Essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the FOH team during service to deliver seamless, polished customer experiences
- Oversee restaurant floor operations, reservations, and guest flow
- Assist with training, onboarding, and mentoring FOH staff
- Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and service recovery with confidence and professionalism
- Work closely with the culinary and hotel teams to maintain high standards across all touchpoints
- Ensure compliance with RSA, safety procedures, and venue policies
About You:
- Previous experience as a Supervisor or Senior F&B Attendant in a restaurant or hotel setting
- Confident in leading a team in a fast-paced, premium environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach
- Passion for creating elevated guest experiences
- RSA certification a
