Our company has a solid base and employs in excess of 55 staff members and we have approx. 32 electrical service vehicles on the road.

About the Role

Hawking Electrical is seeking a qualified Electrician with the communication skills and knowledge of townhouse units within the Gold Coast region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience required in wiring of townhouse units
  • Ability to manage your time effectively to ensure deadlines are being met across the project
  • Knowledge and understanding of current electrical and safety rules and regulations
  • Ability to communicate and manage subcontractors
  • Local experience in the Electrical industry
  • Self-motivated and good communication skills
  • Conduct yourself in the best interest of the company
  • Follow & drive best practice installation methods

Essential skills for this role include:

We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, leads by example, has a can do attitude and is able to deliver various electrical tasks and projects to ensure completion within expected time frames.

Providing outstanding customer service and solutions to key clients, whilst ensuring a high level of communication is maintained at all times.

Maintaining regular communication with your team and project managers.

About you

  • You will have excellent fault finding ability
  • Be a team player and always push to complete your jobs on-time
  • Be a good communicator with your team, management and office staff

Experience & Attributes Required:

  • QLD Electrical Licence
  • Blue/White card
  • Current CPR/LVR
  • Current manual drivers licence

Key Position Attributes:

  • Permanent position with immediate start available
  • Excellent fault finding ability and able to problem solve
  • Must live in Gold Coast region.
