Pittwater Anglican Church is searching for a passionate and gifted Youth Pastor to shape and lead our youth ministry on Sydney's stunning Northern Beaches. This is a strategic role to reach unchurched youth with the good news of Jesus and help Christian teenagers stand firm in Him.

About the Role - The Youth Pastor will…

Lead and grow Neon Youth (Friday nights)—creating a fun, welcoming, Christ-centred community where teens can explore and respond to Jesus.

Recruit, train, and disciple a team of volunteer leaders—shaping a culture of prayer, gospel conviction and relational ministry.

Coordinate and teach SRE in Barrenjoey and Pittwater High Schools—engaging students with God's Word and connecting them with local Christian communities.

Partner with families and the wider church to nurture young people's faith and equip parents as spiritual leaders at home.

Serve within our weekly congregations, ensuring youth are deeply connected to the broader church family.

Contribute to the wider mission of Pittwater Anglican, working within our ministry team to reach the Northern Beaches for Christ.

About You

A mature Christian man or woman who loves Jesus and is eager to see young people come to Him.

Experienced in youth ministry, evangelism, and leadership.

Gifted in communicating the gospel and building strong, discipling relationships.

Theologically trained (or currently studying) within a reformed evangelical framework.

Excited by the challenge and privilege of raising up the next generation of believers.
