You'll be working across two of Geelong's most respected property care brands:

Geelong Timber Coaters – restoring and protecting timber to keep it looking its best.

Geelong Softwash – specialists in high-end exterior cleaning that transforms homes and commercial buildings without harsh damage.


About the Role

You'll work across a mix of timber and property care projects, including:

  • Restoring and coating decks, cladding, and other timber surfaces
  • Pre-oiling, sanding, and re-coating timber
  • Softwashing and pressure washing of roofs, façades, and commercial exteriors

This role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to work with a friendly, professional team.


We're Looking For Someone Who:
  • Is hands-on and practical with tools
  • Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in quality work
  • Is reliable, self-motivated, and punctual
  • Is physically capable and comfortable with ladders
  • Communicates well with clients and team members

Experience & Requirements
  • Experience in painting, coating, carpentry, exterior cleaning, or similar trades
  • Current driver's licence (required)
  • White card (required)
