We're looking for a strong, driven and experienced Salon Coordinator to lead our two salons, set the standard for operational excellence, and create an environment where our stylists can thrive and our clients always leave feeling their best.
Your Role:
This is a hands-on leadership role combining people management, operational oversight, and client experience. You'll work closely with the Education & Development Manager and company directors to ensure the salon operates at the highest standard every day. You will predominantly be based out of 'The Hive', but will also be overseeing our sister salon 'Blushh Hair Studio' .
You will:
- Lead and support a team of stylists to deliver exceptional client care
- Manage all aspects of salon operations — bookings, stock control, scheduling, reporting, and client communications (phone, email, DMs)
- Monitor team performance and foster a positive, professional culture
- Oversee stock ordering and cost control for colour, treatments, and retail
- Maintain smooth day-to-day operations, solving issues before they become problems
- Be client-facing — greeting guests, rebooking, upselling, and ensuring a 5-star experience
