Dove Camper Conversions is a family-run business in Western Australia with over 55 years of history building high-quality motorhomes and camper conversions. With strong demand and exciting new projects, we are seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker with drafting and design skills to join our team in Welshpool.

You'll play a key role in driving the full process - from concept and technical design to overseeing build and installation - ensuring every job is delivered to our exacting standards.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead cabinetry design, production, and installation across custom builds
• Create accurate technical drawings and detailed plans
• Manage workflow, timelines, and coordinate with the team
• Uphold quality standards in design, fit-out, and finish
• Contribute ideas to continually improve how we work and what we build

What you'll bring:

• Trade qualification in Cabinet Making and proven hands-on experience
• Drafting/design skills (Pytha 3D experience a big plus)
• Strong organisational and leadership ability
• Attention to detail and pride in delivering top-quality work
