We have an exciting opportunity for you to become a key part of our growing Caravan business in Toowoomba. This is your opportunity to join the Snowy River brand, one of Australia's fastest growing Caravan company's.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive within the retail sector who will be responsible for the promotion and selling of our fantastic new range of Snowy River caravans, together with a comprehensive range of quality second-hand caravans.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Dealer Principal to implement the appropriate sales practices to ensure that both sales targets are consistently met for yourself and the company.
As Sales Executive, you will often be the first point of contact with the customer. Here you will be responsible for providing specialist knowledge on our range of products and services, you will properly explore all options, and ensure customer needs are aligned to the outcome of the sale leaving every customer with a positive experience.
Key Requirements:
- Must be available to work Saturdays
- Represent the Dealership & Snowy River caravans in a professional manner at all times.
- Ensure individual sales targets are met on a consistent basis by ensuring customer needs are understood and met throughout the sales process.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and communication.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Reliable, honest, highly motivated, and well-presented.
- Hold a current QLD driver's licence.
- Develop and maintain ongoing positive relationships with customers.
- Maintain high levels of prospecting and follow up activity to ensure an ongoing pipeline of potential sales.
- Ensure that all sales documentation and customer communications are accurate in both content and price.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with the Dealership team.
- Proven experience and success in a sales environment.
- Well organised, able to meet deadlines and competent in the use of computers.
- Highly developed communication skills; verbal, written and listening.
- Have an excellent work ethic, attitude, be goal orientated and results driven.
