HSEQ Advisor – FIFO 3/1 Roster (Merriwa, NSW)
Renewables Project – Starting 5 January
Full-Time Permanent Position

Join Solar X on our newest large-scale renewables project in Merriwa, NSW. We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to support our onsite Health, Safety, Environment & Quality functions and drive a strong safety culture across the project.
This is a full-time permanent FIFO position on a 3-week on / 1 week off roster, with free camp accommodation and meals provided, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic site-based environment.
About the Role
As the HSEQ Advisor, you will:
- Implement and monitor HSEQ systems, ensuring compliance with WHS legislation and ISO standards
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, incident investigations and safety training
- Support emergency management planning and environmental compliance
- Provide guidance to teams on safe work practices and continuous improvement
- Promote proactive engagement and a strong safety culture across the site

What You'll Need
- Certificate IV or Diploma in WHS (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated HSEQ experience, ideally in construction or heavy industry
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation and ISO 45001 / 14001 / 9001
- Experience with incident investigations, audits and safety systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Australian Driver's Licence
- Full working rights in Australia

Pay: $140,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year
