This is a temporary, fixed-term position.
Your Tasks
We are looking for a part-time, fixed-term Administrator to provide short-term administration coverage for a period of 6 months. This position is 3 days per week, 5 hours per day, with Mondays being compulsory. The remaining two days can be worked flexibly, in agreement with the Factory Manager.
The purpose of the role is to support our day-to-day administrative operations and ensure effective support is available to the management team. You will be responsible for general administrative duties and basic office tasks, not limited to the list below, along with other ad hoc admin support as required to assist the team.
Your Profile
- 3 years' experience in a similar role
- School Certificate / Higher School Certificate
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) experience
