Head of Cleaning & Housekeeping Services

Nest Collection – Short-Term Accommodation | Sydney CBD

Nest Collection manages over 50 premium short-term accommodation properties across Sydney's CBD. We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Head of Cleaning & Housekeeping Services to lead quality control, manage new property onboardings, and build our in-house cleaning capability as we continue to grow.

About the Role

  • Oversee cleaning and housekeeping operations across our 50+ existing properties
  • Work alongside our established third-party cleaning partner to maintain high standards
  • Take ownership of cleaning and housekeeping for all newly acquired properties
  • Recruit, train and manage your own in-house cleaning team to support expansion
  • Conduct regular quality checks and ensure all homes meet Nest Collection's presentation standards
  • Liaise with property and operations teams to resolve issues promptly and efficiently

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or supervisory roles within hotels or serviced apartments
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate, train and inspire a team
  • Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays when required
  • A hands-on leader who leads by example and takes pride in presentation
